We're seeing clients grow their AI adoption and maturity speed. Clients are looking to capture real benefits from AI and to give those benefits both to their workforce and to their customers.

Organizations start in the AI explorer phase where they're trying to identify places in their business where they can capture real value and to be comfortable with the way that AI needs to be developed.

As they grow, they move into the AI augmented phase where they begin to build certain point solutions that do deliver that value to pools of either internal resources or customers.

But as they continue and get five, ten, fifty, a hundred different AI models into their ecosystem, they need to gain real maturity about the AI development process and how to platform AI. And they move into the AI augmented phase where they are focusing more on ML ops and best practices. And some customers move all the way into the AI disruptor phase where they're really shaping their market and our whole world with the types of AI products that they deliver. Wherever they might be in that maturity curve, we need to make sure that we are helping them understand what the possibilities are, where the challenges might be, and helping them gain the skills and tools to move to that next phase.

The future of work is AI. AI helping us to make more and better decisions. AI automating the simple low risk tasks that humans don't necessarily need to do, and together helping humans make more and better decisions and to have more time to focus on the tougher problems that have higher value that AI simply can't help us with yet.
