Leading National Food Service Distributor underwent a complete business transformation, involving a new ERP system and data analytics platform. This client needed a partner who could help them launch a new set of enterprise-wide MicroStrategy dashboards. To support the dashboards, the data platform needed additional modeling, pipelining, and governance support. This introduced a challenge of cross-functional data collection, transformation, security, and serving.

Through a combination of a user-centered design approach and data engineering, the client was able to curate a highly tailored user experience via the MicroStrategy BI suite. Our approach incorporates initial discovery sessions to gain background and understand key business requirements. Our engineering efforts included establishing CoE Frameworks for the data platform, including best practices for DAG designs in Cloud Composer. Additional use cases and integrations are rapidly deployed within Google Cloud as needed.
